Hi mama,
I feel very blessed to have a safe home and a caring partner by my side. But being part of so many mums’ groups, I’ve realised this is not everyone’s reality — and my heart aches for those who live in fear, feeling trapped with no way out.
Unfortunately, the best I can do at this moment is to write. My words may not solve everything, but I hope they can offer some solace and remind you that you are not alone.
If you are in a situation that feels unsafe, where you feel trapped and see no options, I want you to know that help is out there. There are organisations across Australia ready to listen, support, and guide you — completely free of charge.
