The Little Things We Keep Forever đź’›

Hi mama,

Some memories are too precious to trust to time.

When Ollie was just four days old, I cut his nails for the very first time — a terrifying mission for a brand-new mum. Those tiny, paper-thin nails seemed far too delicate to touch, but I did it. And then… I couldn’t just throw them away. Instead, I stuck them on a piece of sticky tape and tucked them inside my phone case. Silly? Maybe. Gross? Some might say so. But to me, they’re a piece of our story, and I smile every single time I see them.

I’m the kind of mum who takes thousands of pictures, but I’ve learned that if I don’t print them, they just get lost in the endless scroll of my phone. That’s why I love my Baby Ollie “StoryKeep” Baby Photo Album. I filled all 200 spots with photos from pregnancy and Ollie’s first month alone. And now, I desperately need another one because the memories keep coming — and they deserve a place to live outside of my camera roll.

Another favourite is my Baby Ollie “MemoryLane” First-Year Keepsake Frame. Month by month, I’ve been adding a new photo. I’m only two months away from completing it, and I honestly can’t believe how quickly this year has flown by. It feels like just yesterday that I could feel his tiny kicks inside my belly… and now here he is, crawling across the room with a cheeky grin.

Life with a baby moves at lightning speed. These little keepsakes — a photo album, a memory frame, or even something as simple as a strip of sticky tape — are my way of holding on to moments that will never come again.

Because one day, they won’t fit in my arms the same way… but they’ll always fit in my heart. 💛
